PAMP Suisse Gold Bullion

Each PAMP Suisse gold bullion bar is stamped with five important pieces of information:

The trademark logo of ‘PAMP’ followed by the word ‘Suisse’.
The words ‘Fine Gold’ denoting its bullion content and weight in Troy Ounces or grams.
Note: A Troy Ounce is equal to 31.103 grams and should not be confused with the usual ‘Averdupois’ ounce which equals 28.350 grams.
The numbers ‘999,9’ which denotes the bars purity in millesimal fineness. This means 999.9 parts gold out of a thousand i.e. 99.99% pure gold (anything above 99.90% is 24 karat gold).
A unique serial number by which a bars authenticity can be traced.
The assaying logo of the PAMP refinery – ‘PAMP Essayeur Fondeur’
